So… 5 years after purchasing my first and only DSLR, I’ve finally purchased a Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera. At first I thought I was limited due to Covid-19 and all that’s been shutdown, but surprisingly; I’ve got a different perspective.

Some might say I’m lucky, even I would. I’m definitely thankful. It’s just I feel so thankful, that sometimes I feel like my camera is more than equipment, but somewhat of a trophy. Not every photographer gets to own a Full-Frame camera. I made that decision because of my passion for the art form and as well my determination to grow. I’m a Freelance Photographer now and one of the basic requirements is owning a Camera with a 35mm Frame (3:2 Ratio).

Within the limitations of this pandemic, I feel like I’ve adjusted to things; as far as my photographic and overall artistic journey is pacing. I’m reading more, meditating and learning the balance of just being still; like an image.

Also, my new camera is a Sony A7 ii 📷
